On a walking safari, you’ll learn to appreciate the tiniest details from miniscule tracks to unusual flora, enter spaces inaccessible by vehicle and, if luck’s with you, enjoy sightings of Africa’s larger creatures completely undetected.
You’ll either stay in a static or mobile camp, the latter of which feel especially close to nature and are completely geared around walking – your tents are reassembled at a new location every night. On the other hand, static camps are permanent, and enjoy a few additional amenities like flushing loos and vehicles to transport you to walking routes further from camp.
