Next up, it's the secrets and scenery of Peru's Sacred Valley. Hike, bike and paddle, before venturing to the Ollantaytambo Fortress and the famous Maras salt pans.
Don your backpack on and head for Machu Picchu! You'll be tackling the shorter, more manageable trail, where views of snow-capped mountains and sweeping valleys are the norm, until you reach the iconic ancient citadel.
Your final nights will be spent absorbing a little more history in Cusco, a city that melds old and new, and the perfect spot to watch the sun set on your Peru trip, Pisco sour in hand.
