Let the Galapagos unfold before you like a beautiful tapestry. On this trip to the archipelago, your time will be divided between two islands, Isla Santa Cruz and Isla Isabella. On Santa Cruz, you'll have ample chance to investigate the eerie lava tunnels, learn a little from Charles Darwin at the island's research station and cycle down scenic trails, passing giant tortoises as you go.
The result of six conjoined volcanoes, Isla Isabella holds 60% of the flora found in the Galapagos, which you'll see plenty of on hikes and kayak rides through the mangroves. Off the coast, head underwater on a snorkelling or scuba diving excursion where sea turtles, Galapagos sharks and sea lions glide past. You may just see every member of the 'Galapagos 15' before you go.

1hr 30mins
The second largest island in the Galapagos, Santa Cruz is the start and end point for most cruises. Whether you stop here whilst exploring the waters or are spending a few nights on its shores, there's plenty to see. Cycle across the highlands on the lookout for giant tortoise; hike through the lava tunnels; pay a visit to the Charles Darwin Research Station; spend time on the lagoon on a kayaking excursion; and dive below the gin-clear ocean to spot turtles, sea lions and tropical fish. Spend a few hours (or days) on the white-sand Tortuga Beach, soaking up the sun and views and looking out for the marine iguanas arriving ashore. Along the way, you never know how many members of the 'Galapagos 15' you'll see.
You will be collected from your lodge and driven to Galapagos Baltra Airport for your flight to Isla Isabela Airport. You will be met on arrival at Isla Isabela Airport and driven to your next lodge.

The largest of the Galapagos islands, Isla Isabela is the child of six colliding volcanoes, resulting in a rugged and curiously-shaped landscape. This is one of best places to see the archipelago's sea birds nesting on the cliffs and swooping over the water, as well as the endemic penguins who make impressive divers. Off the coast, beautiful coral reefs are a snorkelling and diving paradise. On land, visit Tagus Cove, where pirates once partied, or hike along trails past towering volcanoes - and you can spot up to five different species of giant tortoise.
