The hotel has an understated elegance throughout, with nine spacious suites set within sprawling gardens – a calm sanctuary in the heart of this fast-paced city. The property
The main guest area has a casual elegance throughout its comfortable lounges, with a quiet library and open fire place for the chilly winters. The hotel faces across the gardens which wrap around a vast heated swimming pool with a wooden sun deck all round. Inside, the bar is a favourite spot to relax after an exciting day in the city for pre-dinner drinks and canapés. Breakfast, light lunches and dinners are served indoors or outdoors in the Athol Place Restaurant.

Inspired by 'Operation Phoenix', the Morukuru Goodwill Foundation supports wildlife conservation and community initiatives in and around Madikwe Game Reserve. Key projects include partnerships with Molatedi Village, support for local schools and nature reserves, and the 'Safaris with a Purpose' project. Additionally, the 'Pack for a Purpose' initiative encourages travellers to bring supplies for community projects.
