Elegant yet relaxed, natural yet homely, you'll feel right at home inside the traditional conical thatch rondavel that is the main diving and lounge area. Cosy up on the plush sofas and light the fire on chilly evenings, or pull a chair out to the garden and watch the river go by. Outside, the pretty lawn stretches all the way to the river and there's also a swimming pool with outside shaded seating area for meals al fresco.
Whitewashed walls, concrete floors, and exposed wooden beams characterise the bedrooms, and all feel fresh, light and clean. The main house sleeps eight, while an outside cottage with pitched roofing and an abundance of natural light sleeps four, in a double and twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. Spacious and neat as a pin, the rooms are cool during the day while fluffy warm bedding keeps you warm at night.
Day and night game drives in the Enonkishu, Lemek and Ol Chorro Oiruwa conservancies are the order of the day, and game viewing in all three is exceptional. Trips into the Mara Reserve are also possible, particularly during Migration season, to see the herds of wildebeest. For the energetic, try a bush or birding walk around the farm, or for the really energetic, hike to the top of Kileleoni Hill with a picnic and enjoy the view. Horse riding, fishing, school visits, tennis and community visits can also be arrange, if you've got enough time to squeeze it all in!
