The hotel has an onsite museum and you can take as long as you like to browse the amazing collection of Nazca artefacts, textiles and other treasures - priceless.
If you've got time, make a stop at the restaurant inside Paracas Reserve that specialises in fresh scallop dishes. But make sure to book!
Although the hotel is a 10-minute walk on the beach from the boundary of Paracas Nature Reserve, the only official access is through the gates on the main road.
The hotel has a traditional beachside vibe with all the modern hotel trappings. Scenic ocean views are complemented by tropical gardens and huge outdoor swimming pools take centre stage. The experience is enhanced by the gastronomic offering and indoor and al fresco choices range from a fine dining restaurant to casual café and two inviting lounges and bars - one poolside, of course! The spa is a tranquil oasis with a diverse treatment menu and there’s an onsite gym and tennis court if you need to stretch your legs.
All of the rooms, styled with a coastal mood mixed with elegant touches, provide absolute comfort for couples, families or groups. The standard rooms include King-size or twin beds, flatscreen TVs, AC and heating, a minibar and comfy bathrooms with a shower, and have either ocean or inside views. Suites have a sitting room, fireplace and hydromassage bathtub with separate shower, while the Paracas suites have direct pool access from their private terrace - pretty cool. Bungalows are also available and perfect for families.
The Paracas desert, bay and Natural Reserve make up a unique ecosystem and there’s plenty of exploring to do. Take a boat tour of the Ballestas islands to check out the amazing marine life and the famous Candelabro geoglyph or stick to dry land and the many attractions within the Reserve. In the hotel, there are a range of water activities available as well as supervised kids activities, which definitely come in handy! Relaxing by the pool or seashore with a cocktail in hand and spotting flamingos is also a great way to spend a morning.
