Manga Soa's open-air restaurant overlooks the sea and is the place of legendary, homemade breakfasts and fresh seafood dinners. Manga Soa has six pretty bungalows and one private villa dotted amongst the coconut palms and mango trees above the ocean. Interiors are Indonesian in style and wonderfully soothing, with rich timber textures, white linens and bold orange fabrics. All have private bathrooms, minibars, lounge areas and TVs. Throw open the huge folding doors to reveal the private balcony and sublime views of the Indian Ocean - and leave them open all night for the perfect morning wake up call as the sun rises across the water...
