Spilling onto a pretty, mosaiced veranda, Noah House's cafe is a popular spot with especially good breakfasts of homemade croissants, Eggs Benedict and specialty coffees. It's a fantastic spot for people watching! Inside, modern, chic decor is the order of the day in the communal spaces, mostly drawing its colour palette from the cream and white facade. High ceilings and plenty of natural light make the interiors open and inviting, while contemporary artwork lines the walls. With Table Mountain as the backdrop, it doesn't get any better.
The house has just 10 rooms and suites, each decorated in a minimalist design and dressed in shades of cream and white. On the beds, you'll find 400 thread-count South African linens, and touches of marble are featured in the desks and fireplaces. Shuttered windows give the rooms a fresh feel, and all bathrooms are well-appointed with plenty Charlotte Rhys amenities scented with bitter orange too. Each room also has good Wi-Fi and a smart TV.
From Noah House, Cape Town is your oyster, it just depends on how wide you want to cast your net. Head to the Constantia Winelands for scenic tastings, wander the city and discover the history etched across the buildings, and the coastline is always worth exploring whether it's a quiet cove, incredible vista or a day on the beach you're looking for. For more active guests, there are hiking trails galore including the most famous, Table Mountain and its national park.
