Early morning game drives yield the best chance for spotting leopards moving stealthily through the trees - don’t miss it!
The camp’s remote location adds to its charm as game drives are more private, but this also means that there are longer drives to get to certain areas.
At the centre of the camp, there is a dining and lounge area where you can enjoy time spent swapping stories with the other guests. Natural wood accents and earthy tones create a serene setting, perfect for relaxing after a day in the bush. An open deck invites you to dine under the stars or enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching wildlife traverse the landscape. A fire pit nearby sets the scene for storytelling under starry skies.
The tented suites provide a haven of comfort, blending the thrill of sleeping under canvas with lodge-style luxuries. Each suite boasts plush bedding, woven rugs, and en-suite bathrooms with eco-friendly showers and solar-heated water. Large screens open up to reveal the rolling plains, allowing guests to feel as if they’re part of the wilderness while maintaining privacy and a sense of style.
Expert-guided game drives bring you into the heart of Grumeti’s diverse ecosystem, known for its impressive predator activity and migration routes. The Serengeti National Park is an ecologically rich environment and home to vast herds of wildebeest, zebra, Thomson's gazelle and buffalo grazing on the sweet grasses of the savannah. Even after the Great Migration has moved through, the game viewing is exceptional in this region. The predators are never far off, with cheetah and lion in abundance and leopard readily seen in the Seronera region of the Central Serengeti. Enjoy expansive grasslands, acacia thickets, meru kopjes (granitic hills) and riverine forests.
