The staggering attention to detail, personalised service and the feeling of being quite at home in the wilderness.
Milele is situated in one of the main thoroughfares of the Great Migration, offering an exclusive and up-close encounter with the gnus. The migration usually remains in the Grumeti between June and July.
There are plenty of activities for children but do keep in mind that bush walks are only available to guests aged 16 and over.
Milele has a collection of fantastic spaces to swap stories with friends and family, all the while soaking up the spectacular views. A dedicated chef is ready and waiting to prepare tailored menus and there's a well-stocked cellar of global wines to accompany meals. There's also an outdoor yoga and wellness sala, a fitness centre, and an infinity pool with an adjacent hot tub. Throughout, the style is natural with calming, sandy tones and beautiful wooden details like the tree-trunk columns on the main deck.
The villa has five expansive suites, each paying homage to one of the Serengeti's iconic species, which feature in its decor and textiles. Each has a generous deck with panoramic views of the vast plains below. Inside there's a large, pillowy bed where you can enjoy the same vistas through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, as well as a dressing room, small sitting area and outdoor shower for truly atmospheric ablutions. Three of the suites also enjoy their own hot tub.
You'll have ample opportunity to explore the 350,000-acre Grumeti Reserve in your private vehicle or on foot, led by Singita's superb guides. Specialised family safaris are also available and children can enjoy a Mini Game Rangers Course of outdoor survival skills, animal tracking and astronomy. You can also visit one of the nearby anti-poaching Observation Posts to learn all about the work the scouts do, or enjoy a morning in one of the local communities to see the ongoing projects.
Owned by Singita, this property is committed to sustainability and conservation in Africa. Endorsed by Bioregional, they embed One Planet Living principles into their operations. Singita partners with communities, supports education, and leads wildlife conservation efforts through initiatives like the Grumeti Fund and Singita Lowveld Trust. Their focus on community empowerment and environmental stewardship shapes their vision for a sustainable future.
Note: a conservancy fee applies but is not included in the nightly rate.

The Serengeti National Park is an ecologically rich environment and home to vast herds of wildebeest, zebra, Thomson's gazelle and buffalo grazing on the sweet grasses of the savannah. Even after the Great Migration has moved through, the game viewing is exceptional in this region. The predators are never far off, with cheetah and lion in abundance and leopard readily seen in the Seronera region of the Central Serengeti. Enjoy expansive grasslands, acacia thickets, meru kopjes (granitic hills) and riverine forests.
