About Tembo Tamu B&B
Relax and take in the views of Mt Kilimanjaro, whilst enjoying Kiwi-Tanzanian hospitality. Located on the fringe of Moshi Town, surrounded by local shamba (small farms), Tembo Tamu is the perfect place to take a break from the stresses of travel.
Accommodation at Tembo Tamu comprises of a guest cottage with two double rooms with shared bath, own lounge (with extra bed in lounge), guest fridge and tea making facilities, one double room with en-suite (inside the main house), and one twin room (bunk beds) with en-suite (inside the main house).

Mighty herds of elephant with some of Africa's last big Tuskers roam freely in the Mount Kilimanjaro National Park. Wildlife is not as dense as in other parks, but the experience is that much more intimate. Keep an eye out for buffalo, giraffe, zebra and the comical long-necked gerenuk with lion, leopard and cheetah rarely seen. The western parts of Mount Kilimanjaro National Park enjoy the best game viewing of the region.
