Get to know the beauty spots of the northwest of Argentina, beginning in the wine valleys where Malbec was first created. Take in the Andean scenery over a glass (or more) of the signature, full-bodied red and enjoy your introduction to the country.
Head even further north to Salta, one of the most remote and little-visited places in Argentina. Discover the Incan history of this area alongside Spanish architecture, and join in the festivities of the main square.
The, find yourself in a more modern Argentina in Buenos Aires, where daytime strolls through the iconic plaza, museums and Recoleta Cemetery melt into a sizzling nightlife scene.
The final stop is Iguazu Falls, a stunning natural wonder with around 275 cascades, surrounded by a lush forest filled with butterflies, tropical birds and monkeys.

A collection of valleys and hills below the lofty Andes, Mendoza is famous as the main source of Malbec - and happily, there's plenty to taste! Spend your time hopping from one vineyard to the next, tucking into the local cuisine along the way and enjoying the beautiful climate that makes Mendoza such a prime grape-growing region. The selection of outdoor activities is stellar too - we're talking hiking, rugged bike rides and horseback excursions, as well as white water rafting, skiing (in the right season), and trekking to the rocky slopes of Aconcagua.

One of the least-visited destinations in Argentina, the Northwest has a bounty of national parks. The main hub is Salta, full of historic architecture and the fantastic Incan heritage museum. From here, set off with a guide in the direction of your choice, whether that's hiking across the surreal salt flats or into the jungle, marvelling at the formidable 'Arrows of the gods' and watching the sunset over the Hill of Seven Colours, or sipping on the wines of Cafayate. You could even end off your experience with a ride on the Train to the Clouds...

In many ways, capital city Buenos Aires is like a little slice of Europe and there's certainly plenty of beautiful architecture to ogle at on a solo or guided stroll. The city overflows with history, including the Casa Rosada where Eva Perón gave her poignant speeches and the famous cemetery where she is entombed - but there's also a fabulous arts scene including a myriad of theatres, outdoor 'galleries' and, of course, the tango. You may just end up getting a lesson in the streets!
