An ensuite bathroom, neat bedding, cane furniture and bright kikoys complete the picture. There are also two slabs with a thatch structure under which you can pitch our own tent; they also have hot showers and composting eco-toilets. Half the fun of Domwe is just getting there. One way is to hire a boat over, or if you are feeling adventurous: Kayak. Because there is a self catering option you can bring as much or as little gear with you as you like. On-site you can hire kayak's, snorkelling equipment and dry bags so make sure you get out and explore the national park waters. Bring some hiking boots to enjoy the islands walking trails.
