From $1,780 person/night
The chance to experience as much of the Galapagos as possible in a single trip - and each day is unique!
For families, rooms are easily adjoined and fold-out beds can be added to any cabin.
The balconies are rather small so don't expect to eat breakfast out there, but they're certainly scenic.
The 124-foot-long vessel has everything you need for a cushy cruise, from light, airy lounges with 180-degree views to a welcoming sundeck where you can replay your adventures from the day, cocktail in hand. There is also a bevy of recliners for a little on-board sightseeing. With polished teak floors, soft grey tones and wall-to-wall windows, the dining area serves a wide menu of local cuisine made with the freshest ingredients. The seasoned naturalist guides share the secrets of the Galapagos with you in the briefing lounge - and there's a library for your perusal too.
The white walls and expansive windows make the cabins a pristine, relaxing space. Only lightly decorated with black-and-white scenes of the Galapagos and its wildlife, the rooms enjoy natural lighting and open onto a private (but small) balcony. The King-size or twin beds are draped in impeccable white linens and the dressing area includes a vanity, closet and drying racks. The bathrooms are neat and seamless with a shower and biodegradable amenities.
As the Ocean Spray navigates the Galapagos' waters, you'll have ample opportunity to head ashore and explore one of the many islands. Amble across craggy, volcanic trails, spot endemic birdlife nesting on the cliff faces, and explore the forests and stunning flora. Along the way, there's kayaking, paddling, swimming and snorkelling to get stuck into, and a whole cast of creatures to encounter, from elegant manta rays to boisterous sea lions. You might even sail beside breaching dolphins in a 'panga'.
